- Bilingual Victims Advocate/Case Manager -- responsible for providing crisis intervention and support services to Latina victims of domestic violence. These services include connection to local and appropriate resources, interpretation/translation, mentoring and support, advocacy with DSS and other service institutions, basic legal advocacy, and other general support services. Full time position: 40 hours/week; 9 am – 5 pm; flexibility required due to some evening programming. Part-time
- Evening and Overnight Shelter Workers -- responsible forregistration , organization, and supervision of guests of the shelter including overseeing meals, showers and laundry services; HS diploma and good communication skills required.
- Security/Maintenance -- responsible for maintaining a clean and safe shelter environment; HS diploma with good communication skills required; crisis management training a plus.
- Shift Supervisors -- responsible for supervision and management of all evening and nighttime shelter staff, including scheduling. HS diploma with good communication skills and some supervisory experience required.
- Youth Worker -- evenings and weekends; develop and implement group activities and programming for school-age children living in an emergency shelter. High school diploma and experience working with children in a group setting required.
