St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore is a leading provider of volunteer-based, human services to people experiencing hunger, homelessness, and poverty in Baltimore, Maryland. A faith-based, non-profit organization, St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore enlists the support of over 2,000 volunteers in the delivery of its services.
St. Vincent de Paul helps people meet basic needs and improve their quality of life by providing a wide range of services including: meals and emergency food distribution, clothing distribution, emergency financial assistance, transitional and permanent housing, emergency shelter, homeless day resources, adult education services, job skills training, career planning and placement services, employment readiness, retention and counseling services, domestic violence victim support and counseling, after-school and summer camp services, Head Start, and child and youth services.
St. Vincent de Paul is a faith-based organization affiliated with the National Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and is proud to be recognized by Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations with the Standards for Excellence Seal for maintaining the highest standards of ethics and accountability in non-profit governance, management, and operations.
Camp St. Vincent, the only free summer camp for homeless children in the Baltimore metropolitan area, will begin June 28. Camp St. Vincent’s program is specifically designed for children living in shelters and transitional housing in the Baltimore region and addresses the impact of homelessness on academic, social, and emotional development.

A record 1,400 people gathered over two days for the 4th annual Empty Bowls event held on March 19th and 20th at the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. More than $95,000 was raised from the event to support our programs.
