Head Start Celebrates End of School Year With Move Up Ceremonies

Our Head Start preschool programs celebrated the end of the 2018-2019 school year with moving up ceremonies and celebrations.  Hundreds of children and their families came together at our Head Start sites throughout Baltimore City to celebrate and recognize all and a successful year.  Children arrived excited and dressed up for the occasion, ready to impress.  Parents smiled and cheered on their children who sang and accepted certificates of achievement.  Thanks to all of the teachers who worked to get all of the children ready for the big day!

St. Vincent de Paul Head Start registration is now open for the 2019-2020 school year.  Parents of children that are 3 or 4 years old are invited to apply to our free full-day Head Start pre-school program, visit, www.baltimoreheadstart.org for more information.

Our Head Start program provides early childhood education services to prepare children for school, while also achieve financial, housing, and health stability goals, benefitting the families served and the entire community.
