Homelessness during a pandemic.
Postal worker experiencing homelessness finds hope at our family shelter
We are pleased to announce that Good Morning America featured Sarah’s Hope Family Shelter as part of a national story about homelessness during the pandemic. St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore provided Ms. Elisha Carter and her five daughters a safe place to live, and supportive services to help move them from homelessness to housing.
Special thanks to the entire Sarah’s Hope team for working with us and not giving up. We hope that Ms. Carter’s story, will shed light on homelessness and inspire people to learn more about ways to help.
