Giving Tuesday

Over the past year, St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore has risen to meet the unprecedented challenges brought on by the pandemic, operating safely and continuously to provide over 150,000 bed nights at its four shelters in Baltimore City and County, 1.5 million nutritious meals to those experiencing hunger, housing for 1,000 households, early childhood education and support services to over 800 children and families, and other services such as employment and emergency financial and food assistance. Despite these challenging times where so many are experiencing economic and health hardship, St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore remains more committed than ever to its vision of a community where poverty is not a barrier to opportunity, and to its efforts to help children, adults, and families overcome systemic disadvantages, succeed, and thrive.
